This two-day Yoga Alliance Continuing Education training supports yoga teachers in recognizing and addressing imposter syndrome through embodied awareness, nervous-system–informed practices, and values-based teaching methodologies. Participants learn to regulate self-doubt, establish professional boundaries, and teach with integrity and presence. The training emphasizes sustainability, ethical scope of practice, and professional development aligned with Yoga Alliance standards.
