The Palmer School of Yoga & Mindfulness
The Palmer School of Yoga & Mindfulness is the teacher training and continuing education branch of Hoban Wellness, created as a natural extension of my work as an educator, yoga teacher, and wellness practitioner.
Rooted in the philosophy of Hoban Wellness—where mindful living, compassionate teaching, and integrative care meet—The Palmer School exists to support the development of confident, ethical, and grounded yoga teachers and wellness professionals.
Built on a foundation of traditional yoga education, trauma-informed practices, restorative yoga, mindfulness, and Reiki, The Palmer School offers Yoga Alliance–approved Continuing Education (YACEP®) programs and forthcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, with additional specialized trainings to follow.
My background as a certified elementary educator (K–6) strongly informs how learning is structured within the school. Education should feel clear, accessible, and empowering. Whether guiding children, adults, or teachers in training, my approach emphasizes thoughtful instruction, real-world application, and supportive mentorship.
